Perfect, great price and nice microwave for rentals.

Replacing same model, previous one had issues with the door latches as other comments. Bought this one with extended warranty.

Is not the best but do the work. Its not an advance or complicated microwave. We were looking to fit our budget and this microwave do the work. Is good if you are not looking for a super microwave

I have purchase 5 of this microwaves and I think they look sharp but I had trouble with 2 of that I had to return for mal function either the door don't close right or the electrical is not working very inconvenience because of the delay to finish our project

The fan is towards front and I feel it should be towards the back where ovens vent. The light when it is on high is not very bright.

For some reason the microwave does not fit snugly under the cabinet and needed a board to cover the opening. For some reason the connection to make it fit snugly either isn't available or wasn't put on properly.

Unit seems to function at price point level it represents. But be fore warned installation by XPO is a nightmare !

god microwave but the turntable sounds like a car on a gravel road

We purchased the microwave we wanted from you folks, but your installers were incompetent, and seemed more focused on getting to the next job, and were unable to perform the installation. We returned the microwave to you and went elsewhere to purchase it and have it installed. This is the second time we have had this issue with Best Buy's installers. We have multiple rental units, but cannot trust Best Buy to make it easy for our tenants. One time may be an anomaly. Twice is a disturbing trend.

Only issue is the fan which is VERY loud and annoyingly so. Can't hear each other or TV.

I loved it for the first 3 months then it broke. No lights coming on no sound no nothing! Added the 3 year geek squad warranty when I purchased it, but being that it’s still under 1 year so the manufacturer has to handle it. Called whirlpool they set up my appointment with this company called flamingo factory service to fix it and they don’t have to part so it’s going on 2 weeks with waiting on a part!

Might have been a good microwave but Best Buy continuay cancelled the installation over a few months.

It fits the space and works well but do not like the open push button it hesitates

Best buy charges too much for installation. But the product is not bad for the price.

Looks nice, but right after installing and using 2 or 3 times the fan on top vibrates and doesn’t sound like it’s working properly. Too much work to take it down and return it before the 15 days.

unit is clean looking and works great easy to clean

Nothing to complain about microwave. The installation fee comes with it is more than microwave itself. That's ridiculous.
