Support phone numbers are like no where.

Trying to find help number is like a scavenger hunt. And you can never get anyone at the store when calling in. Wait time is a joke. Terrible customer support.

It doesnt stick out that far from the wall and doesnt hang down close to the range. There isnt a brand name on the front which is great. Price cant be beat. L8oks fantastic and is a champ

Purchase and pick-up at my local Best Buy were easy and hassle free. Installed the Amana over the range microwave within a couple of days of picking it up. Installation was straight forward with easy to follow instructions. This microwave does not have all the features of my old Kenmore, but works just fine for me and my family. Microwave looks good and blends well with my other kitchen appliances. So far, it is working beautifully and I am happy with my purchase.

The only issue is installing the back plate and placing the microwave onto it. We could not align, very difficult. The template on the container box didn't help at all.
