Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn't tell you, nor show you the outlet you must have in order to run the unit. On top of just switching outlet, you must have an electrician come out and do the wiring. The air conditioner must be on its own breaker so it doesn't drain power from the rest of your house of facility. I wolf not recommend this unit, too pricey in the long run and too much work included. We are returning our unit and going with something that has a regular outlet port.
