It's ok . hard to control the flame on the burners. Wants to stay high even on low.

Bottoms are hard to use. Need to press multiple times. I sadly regret this purchase

Installers installed appliance without: Did not use a level Had to request that oven be tested - flame was not checked Not sure that gas line was safely connected - gas pressure regulator - need to verify Stove only came with 1 rack - asked installers to leave racks from existing stove, and they did not do this - have not responded Installation was extremely disappointing Have had much better installation experience from Best Buy for other appliances - the 3rd party company did not follow through Installers were eager for us to sign papers before finishing installation

The stove does what we need it to do. If you are using a frying pan it will definitely not stay in place, the pan slides making it difficult to cook on. The plates that are on the burners fall off track super easy the top right burner is the one that gives us the most problems. The oven cooks super fast. It I needed for example 40 minute timer it will be done in 30mins ahead of the timer.

All my past stoves all burners adjustable simmer to high. THIS ONE RIGHT REAR IS SIMMER AND BTU RAINGS DIFFERENT. all past stoves came with a 2 pc broiler pan, NOT THIS ONE A BROILER WIGH NO BROILER PAN U CAN BUY A BROILER PAN AND SET IT ON ONE OF THE OVEN RACKS IN THE BROILER WON'T BE SLIDING IN AND OUT CONVENIENTLY DII THEY FIRE ALL OF THEIR SAFETY PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND

We purchased this range because of the overall good reviews, but we are disappointed with our purchase. The pros include sleek design and easy to wipe down surface. The cons are dangerous. The slickness of the stove top racks causes pans to slide off easily. We had to stop using lightweight skillets because of this fact. Additionally, the stovetop outlet covers slide off of the outlets easily and do not stay in place. The smallest movement dislodges them and the flames become large and uneven. I do not recommend this range.

My stove knob broke during transportation and the guys said they would put a request for replace. Up to now, nobody contacted me or sent me anything in the mail

Not happy with the cooking performance. The gas stove, flames are to high. Cooks to fast. Also don’t care for the flimsy grills one piece per side. Not four separate ones for each burner. Also, turning it on is a task can small has trying too turn on.

Looks nice in stainless but erratic operation and a bit too cheaply made.One front burner stopped lighting within a week of installation. Another burner takes several seconds to fire up, releasing fair amount of unlighted gas. Also, it was apparently not adjusted properly at factory because lowest setting is still a medium size flame that cooks some food too fast. Grill is too flimsy and slippery (not cast iron) and pans have slid off onto the floor!

The burners already need service. There was no rack in tbe bottom broiler area and still havent received one after amana ordered one

The metal grill on top of the burner is slippery and the pots can fall. I was not happy with the purchase.

The bottom left burner works 50% of the time. And the oven temp isnt always accurate.

The burners on the top are super slippery. While cooking my pan almost slid right off. This had happened a couple times. And it's not the pans. Would not recommend to anyone who loves to cook. If it wasn't for the cooktop I would have ranked it much higher. Love how the oven heats quickly and bakes very nice. Nice big glass to see what you're baking no need to open the oven. But I would be scared to allow anyone elderly to use this item.

Had this stove for 2 days and it broke some burners would not light so they sent me a new stove of my choice

Was told this had cast iron cook tops. Came with cheep metal with black paint. When you move a pan it takes off some of the paint. Also only has one oven shelf which limits what can be cooked. I only got this as I had the GE and it didn’t have the cast iron so the Best Buy employee told me to exchange for this one. I should have kept the GE even though it didn’t have the cast iron but at least it had two oven racks

I dont care for this oven. I havent even had it a full year and the gasket seal has already broken. The top racks are uneven and my 20+ year old maytag held up so much better. I would have kept it but im trying to remodel my house.

i bought it was on sale and i found out the grill is not very good (not heavy duty)

The bottom line we were very disatify with you guys! 1 one reason you had to tell us that our delivery had to be push back after our our set date? with out no reason why? Both of us meaning me and my wife had take off work waiting for the delivery? 2. After you put the stove in we have a hard time getting the stove to lit.

I was short one baking rack when delivered and the burners after using appliance I wish they were separated instead of attached the rack that goes on top, when I cook the pots do not fit in order to put two on top I need to just cook one pot on each side, it’s not safe to use both burners at once, not safe it slips off

Had it converted for propane and the burners stayed on high. Best Buy could never get somone here to fix it and still no working stove
