The product meet the expectation. However the delivery service was awful with lack of communication and delays

Stove is nice overall. I don’t like how that the very bottom part of the stove looks unfinished. The cooking racks are too slippery and uneven. There is only one baking rack inside of the oven.

My only issue with this stove is you have to be very careful while cooking you pots and pans slide off the burners and it’s dangerous. Looking for some advice on what I can do about this issue, is there something I can purchase to prevent my cookware from sliding off the burners while cooking?

This Range is EXCELLENT! It cooks all my food evenly. This is my 1st time having a new Range to cook on and it is amazing. So happy that I purchased this Range.

Came with an error code on the display. Geek squad missed the appointment scheduled to fix the range. Still haven't heard back from management to reschedule the repair.

Bought 2 of these stoves. 1 was great and had no issues. The second one had a manufacturing error and had to be replaced. The timeline for the replacement caused me to not have a stove available for my tenants the first week they lived at my property.
