DO NOT PURCHASE! Came slightly damaged. Incredibly dissatisfied. I would love to post a video, this ac is clearly cheaply made and/or malfunctioning. Wish I could post a video of how awful it is. Louder than any ac I’ve ever had.

My old ac is 20 years old but still works.It is fairly heavy and a pain to put in the window so i decided to get a new one with more btu's.This ac is lighter and cools more of my home than the old one.I'll have to wait and see my electric bill but i think it will be better with this unit.I am pleased with how it is operated and the remote is a plus.

For such a low cost, this thing cools 1/2 my first floor within 5 minutes. Fairly low maintenance and has worked consistently well over the years. Price was a STEAL.

Needed to replace my bedroom a/c unit that was not cooling (10 years old). Bought this as replacement, works great. remote is nice, as I can turn it on, off, change settings from my bed. I am 67 years old (a woman) had this delivered. Unboxed and got it in the window by myself. It was heavy, but managed it by myself. Easy set up and use.

VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. THIS A/C IS ALOT QUIETER THAN THE UNIT IT REPLACED AND IS ALOT SMALLER AND COOLS ALOT BETTER

Works good. Arrived a little beat up but that was from shipping. Cools off well with this summers heat this is ky second season with it 2022

I was very Happy with my Experience buying ,with Best Buy.. everything was done in a timely manner..I bought an A.C..window unit..had them deliver it , install it an remove the old unit..what a relief!! They took care of everything..I am soooo pleased.

We purchased this window air conditioner unit mid July, it is now the first of September and it is exhibiting problems. The temperature control decides to ascend and descend at its own volition. Don't know if it is the remote control or the air conditioner itself. Of course, it is outside the 15 day grace period, so now we have to "deal" with it. Way to go Best Buy and Amana!

We use this in our cottage and it cools the entire space. It is so efficient that we have to keep it set at 72 so we don’t freeze. Ice cold and works perfectly. Is very easy to install and use.

It’s new and in the box as a backup for when the power goes out. My generator will not run the central A/C. Waiting for next summer.

I'd give it zero stars, if i could. It didn't work, straight out of the box. The compressor never came on, so it was only blowing room temperature air. I drove an hour to take it back to the nearest best buy.

If I could do zero stars I would. This was the second Amana ac I ordered that did not work after we installed it.

I'm so happy with this ac unit. It cools my 550 sq. ft studio with little effort and it's so quiet! Because I only have jalousy windows I had to make some modifications but there was so much insulating material to work with it made it a breeze to install. It comes with everything you need, especially if you have a horizontally closing window. I live in Hawaii where summers are brutally hot and humid but this unit is keeping me so comfortable and I'm very pleased that Best Buy shipped it to me for FREE and a day earlier than expected. Buy this unit, you won't be disappointed!
