It won’t charge past 19% despite changing chargers, cleaning the charging prongs, paired and unpaired and updating the firmware.

I get all alerts except text messages. The other issue is the watch will say someone is calling a second time even though I’ve either declined the call or answered. Battery life is great though.

We need to install an app on our phone for this watch. The app allows us to change the home screen of this watch. It has more than 25+ screens to pick from. It's like wearing different watches. It tracks steps, heartbeats. It shows the weather report for the next 5 days. I have not used email, phone options on this watch yet.
