I got tired of so many remotes so purchased this Smart Fire TV with several features already built in. The TV has an excellent picture and is extremely easy to operate. The remote turns on the TV, Receiver, and adjusts the volume. Plus there is a handy button that takes you right to Prime. I have a "Y" chromosome, so the less I have to do, the better.

Great TV at a Great Price especially for 4K overall would buy again

Its a nice TV with a good picture but the volume seems to have issues. Bought one and sent it back because it just doesnt get very loud. Replaced it with the same thing and the volume works the same. Listening to music right now at a volume level of 72 and can easily carry on a conversation. Not much differance turned all the way up. It sounds good but not enough volume.

I live in the mountains with Century Link Internet service which is connected to the house by telephone line and the service is a bit slow- though it does work just fine for me to do my job online using my laptop, connected to my wireless network while video conferencing with clients for 8 hours each day. But this Amazon Smart Fire TV just won't stay connected wirelessly to my internet, though my computers and other devices work wirelessly just fine all day long. With my previous Sharp TV, my Amazon plug-in Firestick wouldn't stay connected to my wireless network and I had to switch to a ROKU unit plugged into my TV which worked very well. It's the same with this Amazon Smart Fire TV it- won't stay connected wirelessly and in order to use this TV wirelessly I again had to plug-in my ROKU unit and that works great. I don't know how well this Fire TV might work if connected to the modem by Ethernet cable. The location of my TV requires a wireless connection. Other than the connection issue, the picture, audio, and remote is just fine. But without my ROKU unit attached, I can't use this TV at all.

Can't Apple and Amazon just get along? I mean, airplay works with Roku, it works with so many others...not with firetv. So, for anyone with iOS devices there are always going to be limitations with this tv. That said, the tv is good, firetv user interface is good. The price is good. Until Amazon and Apple work out a way to get iOS mirroring to work properly without an unnecessary app add on in the firetv app store that doesn't always work....buyers remorse means I should have spent the extra money on a tv that will mirror iOS devices correctly. Almost any other tv that is not a firetv would suffice...

Fantastic TV. Price is great, picture quality and sound great. The menu system and interface is also very intuitive. Adjusting the settings for the different inputs can be a little laborious, but the overall ease-of use with the various inputs and apps makes up for that. Recommended.

So far its good, couldn't pass up on the price but its not my top pick .
