It’s okay for what you pay for

The only thing about the Alexa is that it detect everyone’s voice and if you have multiple devices tied to your amazon account it can be very annoying...Also, you have to have a amazon account to play specific music other than that it’s great!

It seems it needs to be a little more user friendly. The set up was easy, but the follow up after the initial set up hasn’t been easy for me. Perhaps I should read the manual.

3RD GEN EPIC FAIL

I purchased a new modem and when I went to connect my Echo and would not connect. Went online to Amazon and found out it's a common problem with everyone who purchased it. I have 1st Gens in my house and they haven't failed me ever. took this right back to the store. this needs to go right back to the drawing board for an overhaul.
