I bought this 3 months ago and love it...Easy hook up..It allowed my wife to listen to Sirus radio without having to get a Sirus radio in her car...I only wished I would have waited till now so I could have saved 30 bucks...For the price now its a steal...

For the 1st gen it’s ok. Looks ugly in your car but Alexa does work. If you listen to Spotify or other apps like that on your phone and have a smart home, this is worth it. But if you don’t own any smart home gadgets then this becomes unnecessary just to play songs in the car.

Best Bluetooth Addon to Cars. Audio Quality was good. Good to have added features like controlling the music library and mobile camera as a Dashcam.

Purchased this to use in my 2014 Audi Q5 that has no Bluetooth for audio listening. The Alexa worked like a charm with the app. Only downside is sometimes when you get a call other person can’t hear you sometimes.

easy to use as an alexa speaking thru vehicle but i am having an issue getting it to respond to phone calls.I am a bit technology challenged so it might just be me

Great addition to your car. Sometimes it stops working. Need to reboot your phone then good to go. Makes long distance driving more pleasurable.

I already have Alexa in my home and on my phone and we love Alexa so I added it to the car for my child to be able to talk back and forth to her and play games and listen to his stories it's perfect addition to the car it's so much fun

Set up was a littlw tricky and if your phone has no signal good luck. For basic music playing its great.

When the Alexa app is opened then the Blue Tooth connects and all is well it works like a charm. Picks up voice commands easily and responds quickly. Definitely the best car option for Alexa yet.

Overall it's pretty decent device got it on sale so only paid like $10 but works pretty good so overall I'm happy with it!

Before purchasing myself, I read an assortment of reviews ranging from 1-star to 5-stars. The 1- and 2-star reviews make you concerned that purchasing this device would be a big waste of money. Regardless, I figured I’d take a chance. I’ve wanted one for a while and I own several of the other Amazon smart devices, of which I’m a fan. After now owning the Echo Auto for a few days, I can say without a doubt that the haters just didn’t have it setup correctly, or, didn’t verify it was compatible with their vehicle. It installed simply and paired with my phone and car’s Bluetooth easily. It powers up quickly each time I start my car and I can begin using it right away without having to do anything. My car is truly a smart car now. I love this device and highly recommend!

Love it. Makes it easy to find out the time, weather, even play music without taking your eyes off the road or your hands off the wheel.

This is a mother's day gift for my mother who doesn't know how to use her high tech vehicle dash board. This is easy to use.

It's working fairly good, the only issue is the delay between when it starts listening, and when it beeps to let you know it's listening

Daughter likes it so far. May need to purchase additional items to properly mount in vehicle but otherwise it was a decent purchase.

Setup was easy. It did keep Losing connection and could not get it paired while driving.

Small discrete device. Gives order vehicles some access to the Alexa platform. Doesn't allow custom wake words.

make sure that you research your vehicle and it can even be used? Other than that, pretty cool little gadget to have in your vehicle

It's awesome to have Alexa in the car. I love asking Alexa to turn on my lights and change the temperature when I am heading back home. Can't complain about this one! It's small enough to tuck away anywhere. Gets the job done.
