Honestly, I'm really impressed with Alexa. I've had her for a while now, and she's been a total game-changer for me. I mean, being able to control my lights and thermostat with just my voice is super convenient. It's amazing how much easier it makes my daily routine. I can just walk into a room and say 'Alexa, turn on the lights' and voilà! It's like having my own personal assistant. And the music integration is seamless - I can just ask her to play my favorite tunes and she's on it. She's got access to so many different music services, which is awesome. I've discovered some new artists and genres that I never would have found otherwise. One thing I love about Alexa is how smart she is. She responds quickly to what I say, and she's always learning and adapting to my preferences. It's impressive how well she understands me, even when I'm speaking quickly or with a bit of background noise. Overall, I'm really happy with Alexa. She's made my life a lot easier, and I feel like I'm getting more and more out of her all the time. If you're thinking about getting one, I'd definitely recommend it

Honestly, never realized how much I actually needed this until I got the first one. It’s a little multitasker - it can do everything very well. The AI is smarter than Siri (and I wish it was the other way around), it responds well and I have learned the distance and angle to get best results. It actually sounds really good - though it is much better in a smaller room. Bit of a pain to initially set up - not difficult, just a bit time consuming but once running, it can do everything. Almost. I have become so spoilt that even opening an app and clicking a button is just “too much work”. I love the voice commands. Now we have one in the kid room, kitchen, shop and living room.

Great white elephant gift. We plugged it in too to test it out and the sound quality is pretty solid. The Dot's volume was also adequate enough throughout the event to play music on. Great product.

Easy to connect and Alexa understands me when I speak like I’m talking to an actual person. She even understands my slang talk which Siri can never understand or hold a conversation. I’ll be adding several more to my network around the house, because I never realized just how much I actually use Alexa which is much easier than grabbing my phone to Google a question or anything basically.

I got this for my 12 year old son for his birthday and he loves it! He can listen to music, ask Alexa anything you want which is kinda cool and he can also control his Govee lights with it. Great shopping experience with you guys, couldn't have been easier. Thank you Best Buy

This is a very good product the sound is amazing. Playing music is a pleasure the crisp sounds are what Alexa was missing.
