I enjoy my Fire 8-8 very much and use it often!!!!

Like the bigger screen and it works just like my old fire did

This is one of the easier computers I've use and I enjoy it.

This is my wife's 2nd Kindle. She tried the Kindle Fire HD 10 for one-day and had trouble with it and it was a little too big for her hands. She returned the HD 10 and got the HD 8 in its place. She is VERY happy with the performance and resolution. It does what its supposded to do.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 is far more than meets the eye. I've used it exclusively since purchasing it just as a reader. It connects to the Web through my wireless router, processes my email accounts, and performs my high level language programming and application development.

I owned a Kindle fire hd but I didn't have Bluetooth on it. I needed it to have bluetooth so I can sync to my car and use the car speakers to listen to audio books. It works great just what I needed.

The battery life is awful. A real pain. It's slower than my old fire hd 7. I thought that the increase in GB , would be an improvement. I'm not seeing a plus here.

Highly recommend. This device is way to learn and use. The bright sunlight setting is outstanding as I spend a lot of time outdoors. Bought another three days later for my husband.

I was looking for a tablet. My Kindle is perfect for my needs. The price was slightly better than a similar Samsung so I decided on the kindle. I have not been disappointed

I had my first kindle for 3 years, when it died I immediately bought this new Amazon fire. It is exactly what I need. It does everything I need it to do and more.

It's light and the size is right, but it is very underpowered.

For the price the Fire 8 HD is the best out there. Easy to use and extremely versatile. Only drawback is if you read a lot outdoors, the screen isn't the best in sunlight.

I love the HD Fire Tablet new version. I like the ability to watch movies, direct connection to Amazon Prime. Great value for a reasonable price

Bought this for my husband while he was in the hospital. He loves it. He reads a lot of books and watches movies. Worth every penny.

Bought this for my mom, who wanted a tablet, but not ready for an iPad. She absolutely loves it. Great purchase.

Got this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. She uses it for the internet, reading books, and playing games.

My 7 year old son loves this tablet. He really likes all the movies and music that are available through prime.

Maybe it's because I am spoiled by my older iPad, but this is a lousy product. It was cheap- $120 and there is a reason- it's hard to use and you get what you pay for. It took me about 2 days to realize this was not a tablet by any stretch of the imagination.

Gift purchase for my daughter for her first foray into electronics -- great for her & great value from Best Buy.

The kindle fire is great for kids. Wish the App Store had better apps/variety of options.
