It takes extra time, effort and ‘getting used to it’ time to figure out. I’m still saving a bunch of money from my old provider as I did not enjoy paying nearly $200/month with extra fees attached related to sports tv that I NEVER viewed.

Here are troubleshooting steps that may help: unplug the Fire TV Stick from power and HDMI for 60 seconds then reconnect, ensure it's plugged into a wall outlet using the original adapter rather than a TV USB port, try a different HDMI port, check all connections are secure, verify strong Wi-Fi connectivity, and if unresponsive perform a factory reset by holding the Back button and right directional button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
