I would like to point out that your remote's volume and channel selection buttons are dedicated and separate from the circular button in the center, however. The center circle buttons are only for up, down, left, and right movement of the cursor on screen with the center button being the Select button. The only problem I've encountered is that at least once a day the audio starts picket fencing (dropping in and out), and requires me to shut the unit off, pause and then power back up. I thought it might be related to the video signal eating up too much bandwidth, but limiting the video to 1024x768 pixels did not improve the situation. I never had this problem with either Roku unit.
