I do not know yet whether it is not working well because my old TV is failing me, but i have found that when I first turn it may not work. Or it might be the retailer dold me the older verson thst is not tecommender.

The fire stick has an infinite loop and I am unable to use it. Since I am past the 15 days returned date, I can't exchange it. I will never purchase this product again.
