Pros: Good picture quality better than the prime video app on my Samsung TV. OK to navigate with remote. However, if you do not have the remote, it might be a bit hard to navigate the apps. Cons: Amazon is not vetting the apps well. I have the Willow app, that would get stuck with a blank screen. It was working when I installed it but then stopped working from second time onwards. I had to offload it and install again and it started working. Very frustrating as I only got the firestick for the Willow TV app.

Very satisfied at first, I thought it was my TV work because I have a dumb TV not a smart TV but I had finally contacted someone that told me it sounds like you need a new fire stick. It’s not your TV so I bought this fire stick from Best Buy and it works great. Very satisfied in the customer service in the store was very helpful. Thank you.
