No issues with this device but one of the previous 4k max fire stick just died for no reason. Recommend using only the provided power source and should be alright.

You just need to deal with all the streaming services; not the products fault. And it does get time to get used to talking to your remote control to select channels, especially if you are used to channel surfing; by just pressing the channel up/down button on the old remotes.

This one is obviously quicker. Same navigation as my other one (about 3 years old). A few nice features; remote worked right away to control volume on my tv with no extra set up, it was easy to connect to my Amazon account using the QR codes & the HDMI extension cord (about 3-4 inches) helped to give me ease to plug it in behind my wall mounted tv.
