Great Item! Easy to use, remote works from far distances. I would recommend to a friend!

Love the fire stick, i had to grab a new one when a transformer in my neighborhood blew and shorted it out. Buying from bestbuy online was so easy and picked it up when it was ready.

The associates at Best Buy were very helpful to older customers like us who don’t always understand technology. We were enabled to go home and connect the fire stick successfully to our TV.

From the beginning of the purchase, it was a very good salesman. He knew how to use it and explained it to me. Brought it home and it was very easy to install. The remote works very well and the directions were in fine print and was right on target, thank you very much Best Buy.

Visiting Naples for a month. Condo TV isn’t smart which left us with reruns to watch in the evenings. Even lots of channels wasn’t a solution. The Fire TV Stick was a godsend. There’s a lot of content on prime and acorn that we haven’t seen. FWIW, setup was trivial.

We are very pleased with our updated FireStick versions. They replaced original FireSticks that were about five years old.

Absolutely love it! This is definitely a major upgrade compared to the last fire stick. I had. It is so fast and so responsive plus I love the fact that it has twice the memory size then my previous fire stick definitely helps with switching between apps a lot quicker.

The quality is so good!! 10/10 recommend. I wish the remote had more options but you can't go wrong for the price. Best tv stick out there.
