It doesn’t keep track when I use my kindle app on my phone so I have to scroll to find my current page. I do enjoy having a larger screen to see my books.

We understand your concern about the syncing issue between your Kindle device and the Kindle app on your phone. This can definitely be frustrating when you're trying to pick up where you left off. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that should help:
Manual sync: On your Kindle, go to Settings > Sync My Kindle to force a sync
Check Whispersync settings: In your Amazon account (on a browser), go to Manage Your Content and Devices > Settings > Device Synchronization and ensure Whispersync is enabled
Restart both devices: Sometimes a simple restart of both your Kindle and phone can resolve sync issues
Ensure both devices are connected to wifi: Syncing requires an active internet connection on both devices
If the issue persists after trying these steps, there may be a device-specific problem, and we'd recommend reaching out to our support team at 1-888-280-4331 or through the Kindle app so they can investigate further and ensure you don't have a faulty unit.

Got it because i had neck surgery and very restricted movement and weight requirements. Paired the Kindle with a stand that pivots. I use it every day and the night setting doesnt disturb my partner.

I ordered this for my child’s Christmas gift with the understanding it would arrive a few days before Christmas. It didn’t arrive until after Christmas.
