Bought this for my wife and she loves it compared to trying to read e-books on her phone. The matte finish screen and muted background light, with dark mode option, causes her far less eye strain and allows her to read beside me in bed without broadcasting blazing light on all the walls.

Love using it to read while on the beach. Screen is bright enough on the sunniest days and can be dimmed for night reading. Battery lasts for what seems like forever, so no constantly carrying a charger around for fear of it going dead.

Thos is a great product. Its very easy to read on for long periods of time. The screen make it look like a paper book. It has a built-in dictionary and not function. I'm actually going to get another one for me as i got this one for my lady. She has found it easy to use and never puts it down.

This is a replacement for an older version of the Paperwhite I’ve had for years. This size is a bit larger which is nice and the battery life is much better than my older version. I love the Paperwhite because I can adjust the font size for easier reading and it is so easy to take on the go.

Excellent device to read my favourite books.. I used to carry an extra backpack to take my books out (when going to parks) for reading.. Now, with the Kindle everything is sorted out.. It’s a very small and cute device, and easy to handle..

It is very simple to use and set up. I was leery about a Kindle as I really like holding books, but the convenience is worth it. It's easy to read outside with no glare, simple to download books and use offline, and easy to change settings for bigger or smaller fonts.

I purchased it during a sale, and it has greatly enhanced my reading experience. The battery life is impressive, and the 16GB of storage is more than enough for a substantial ebook collection.

I love my Kindle! It has made reading so much fun and convenient. I throw it in my purse and can read throughout the day. It holds a very good charge too. I think it has made me read more too. AND its water proof if you go to the beach!

Nothing ever beats a physical book, but this kindle sure does come close. I often read multiple books at a given time and traveling with multiple books can be inconvenient but with a kindle I don’t have to limit my reads. So easy on the eyes even reading bedside at night. Having kids with books they loose your book marks but with this you set your password and no loosing your pages. Honestly would buy over and over.

Bought this for my daughter. It was the wrong one she wanted a different model but found that this one was way better at a fraction of the cost. So if shes happy im happy. Great job Kindle on this one

I love this e-reader the paperwhite feels like your looking at a real book, and I love that I can have so many titles in one device. Perfect for vacation, one tablet and as many books as you can get through! Love to float around the pool while reading. Actually dropped in the pool, and was no problem. Let it dry completely before charging it was good to go!

holds an incredible amount of books. battery life is very good. had it for 3 weeks, still havent charged it... use it almost every day.

I love my kindle, it is the perfect size to slide into my purse. Doesn't take up much room at all. The endless amounts of books I have an access to now, best decision I ever made.

Lasts a super long time, several weeks i have several series on kindle and still have tons of space. The backlight is good at night for reading too.

I mean, thousands of books in hand at all times. I’ll take it. It’s a no nonsense device. It knows what it is, and does what it’s suppose to well. No bells. No whistles. Just an ereader with one button. The rest are touch. Screen dpi is fantastic and looks like text. Battery life is phenomenal even if reading for 2-3 hours a day. I recommend getting a flip cover so you can just close it and not have to push the power button to lock the screen. Maybe having buttons to turn the page would be nice, but I do like the simplicity of it out of the box.

Best Buy provided my Kindle Paperwhite quickly and efficiently. The device works great! Books are loaded fast and it's easy to read in any lighting with it's adjustable brightness and warmth settings. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my kindle and all the cool things you can do with it! Change the font, font size, warmth, brightness, dark mode! So many cool features!
