Ghost touch is an issue

I would recommend purchasing this item on Amazon, which has a much better return policy compared to Bestbuy.

Not as expected

Text was not sharp, almost had a blurry quality to it, even after trying the suggested fixes. Seems like there are a lot of complaints about this same thing.

She noted that it is the exact same product that was produced quite a while ago. No updates, no real difference. Returned in lieu of her current "old school" kindle.

Slides out of hand. Turns page when I don’t want. Underlining is cumbersome. Difficult to maneuver and navigate. I Hope this isn’t what the future is like!

Doubt it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It might be a good device but since I have been unable to get tech help to be able to download books from my library, or to prevent it from freezing up, I am not sure. I tried calling Amazon and they hung up on me. I tried calling Best Buy but after waiting on hold for over twenty minutes twice, they too hung up on me. My son is supposed to visit this summer. Maybe he can help, otherwise it will be an expensive coaster
