The display is easy on the eyes. Easy to navigate and make purchases

Like the size. Easy to pack. Wifi a little flaky sometimes.

Instead of writing how great this e-reader, I will mention some hopeful improvements for later versions. Battery: Under heavy usage, the battery life is a couple days. Power button location: The on/off location on the bottom can accidentally be touch resulting in turning off the e-reader.

Recently upgraded my Kindle reader to a paperwhite. Love being able to read in bed at night without disturbing anyone else. Always loved my Kindle but now it is even better!

The Kindle paper white is a good e-reader, but unlike the one it replaces, no longer utilizes Amazon’s “whispernet” wireless and free network service to download readables. You must be in a WiFi zone. Selecting books say on the beach or in your hunting lodge is no longer possible. To me, this regression, not progress.

We already had a kindle subscription but I feel like the kindle would be lacking without it unless you can take advantage of your public library ebooks. The price is surprisingly low for the quality of the product.

I bought this for a trip I was taking because I knew I would want to read, but didn’t want to carry books. This was perfect! It’s light, doesn’t take up much space, and is perfect for reading in the dark or in the sun at the beach.

I didn’t realize how much I missed having an e-reader until I picked this up. Lightweight and water resistant are awesome features. I also love the backlight that adjusts to whatever light you are in.

I bought this kindle as a gift for my bother in law and he has been using that from the first day that he got it and he really likes it. I plan to buy another one for my son as a part of his Christmas gifts this month.

Once I got the hang of down loading a book to my library I found the Kindle e-reader very easy to use. It starts very quickly and always at the point where I finished reading. I look forward to exploring the other features it has.

Super convenient to carry around. Just make sure it’s charged, you can read it anywhere. The brightness is adjusted so no worries about needing to have the light on.

Was a purchase for my Dad - a long time Kindle reader. The Paperwhite was on sale and even though he was a die-hard old style Kindle guy - I was able to walk him thru all the new features with minimal grumpiness.

This is my favorite e reader that I've used. I use it almost daily. It's quick and responsive and easy on the eyes. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of switching to a more portable book collection.

bought it as a gift to my friend's kids. shipping was fast! so glad that the parents and the kids all love it. just wish BestBuy can hide the price when purchasing kindle as a gift.

I like my new Kindle, but I am still learning how to use it. Probably should have done a better job reading the directions because I don't find it easy to get out of one book to get to my library or other place on the kindle. Even so, I like this, it is my 3rd Kindle.

Tried ordering this thru Amazon and they didn't have any and said they wouldn't have any for many months. Very happy I remembered BB and was able to order from them and have in a couple of days!
