    This processor is a great buy and is very fast. Does great on the latest graphics card is awsome. You can overlock this but i keep it as stock as it runs very good so no need to. I was very happy having this processor and love it a lot.

    I knew I was CPU bottlenecked while gaming, especially in VR, but everything else felt 'good enough'. Installed this sucker and everything is so much faster and smoother. Well worth it for multitaskers!

    Superb multi-threaded performance Unlocked ratio multiplier 1800X Performance at $100-$170 Less Broadwell-like IPC Not a gaming beast like the i7 7700K for gaming but no doubt a beast

    AMD has stepped up their game, and the Ryzen 1700x is evidence of that. This processor is blazing fast, and fantastic for most usage cases. I game often, and also produce music and edit video. This processor, when paired with a decent cpu cooler, is amazing. Make sure to get some sort of cpu cooler, though, as this one ships without one.

    I was really excited to build a Ryzen system. Intel is so expensive. But I have run into problem after problem with it. I don't know if its me or Ryzen.
