    For the value, this exceeded my expectations. The fact this could handle the high end cards (im on midrange) makes this a great solution for me to last longer with the chip. AMD for the win.

    I wanted the Ryzen 7 7800X3D but they’re pretty hard to find and the Ryzen 7 7700X is still a dang good CPU. I’m happy with the money I saved and it is an amazing CPU. It’s fast and efficient.

    Upgraded from am4 to am5. Does run hot but match it a good aio and you will have no problems

    AMD fan from the start. My first 8 core CPU I started out on the phenom x4 made 3 big jumps on CPU since high school.

    Worked perfectly out of the box for me on an X670E board and two sticks of DDR5 6000 MHz CL30 memory. It's a great CPU that I have nothing bad to say about. Back when this launched for $400 it was a bit overpriced, but now that it's a bit cheaper at $350, it seems like a more reasonable value.
