    Excellent CPU! This is paired with 7800xt and is great for 1440p gaming on ultra. It only uses 65w max (TDP) on stock settings so it stays cool and performs very well. Yes the X3D CPUs are superior but this one holds it's own for 1440p gaming.

    Seems to be a great chip. Upgrading from a I5 Intel Paired with 9070 xtx graphics card have seen vast improvements in game. No more bottleneck.

    I’ve been using the cpu for a couple of weeks and its been fantastic. Doesn’t run hot and I’ve noticed significant improvements from my old cpu. But I was running a 3700x before

    I just purchased the ryzen 7 9700x and it's way better than my intel Core i7 13th gen i haven't had any issues with my ryzen cpu it's the best bang for you're buck

    This is a great CPU for the money, but turn on PBO to get the best out of it. Out of the box, the power setting is basically an ECO setting, and gimps the CPU.

    Got this as an upgrade from a Ryzen 5 7600 and the performance increase is VERY noticable in things like the unity editor, I'm highly impressed
