There hasn't been a chart topping album as great as Dookie until Green Day released American Idiot. The album has the same energy as their major label debut album that first got Green Day noticed. I absolutely love the punk opera concept of this album. American Idiot, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Holiday, Wake Me Up When September Ends, and Jesus of Suburbia are amazing songs all on their own if concept albums are not your thing. They also happen to be my favorite songs on the album. Green Day reinvigorated themselves with this album.

This album is a classic. If you like high energy rock that also has great structure to it (interesting melody, harmony, rhythm, lyrics, etc.), you won't be disappointed. I love listening to Green Day on long car trips do avoid falling asleep behind the wheel. Not only are they great musicians, they save lives!

This was my first ever CD as a child. I know, not the best CD for a kid the age of 8, but I loved the punk rock sound, I just wasn't allowed to say the bad words, and trust me, there's a fair share of em! Definitely an essential CD to add to the collection

American Idiot is a truly classic album that EVERYONE should listen to at least once in their life. Green Day has had a great influence on people of this generation and this is arguably their best album to date.

Green Day's American Idiot debuted at No. 1, went six times platinum and received the Grammy for Best Rock Album in 2005. I don't go a month without listening to it!

Green Day is a great band and this is their crowning achievement. Every song is a gem from start to finish. Omg i love this record. Buy it now!

Add this CD to your collection today... not a huge Green Day fan but for $3.99, it's worth the add to my collection

Purchased this as a gift for Christmas. The price was great if you are a fan of Green Day I assume you will enjoy this album.

This is required listening for any music lover! Not just punk, rock or others. The songs are classic, from start to finish.

Their 2nd best album with great hits like American idiot, holiday, Boulevard of broken dreams, just to name a few. If you need high energy songs, this would be a good choice

This is a great CD at a great price I would say buy it you will love it if you like Greenday.
