Buyer Beware!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Suitcase is advertised as 24" but it ships as 20". It is a carry on not a checked bag which is what 24" should be. I waited a month for it to come in and it arrived as the 20" - 3 days before Christmas and it was supposed to be a gift! Terrible customer experience and misleading advertising. Best Buy did nothing but try to argue that it was the right piece.

I bought it so I could walk two suitcases with ease. Having to pull it defeats the purpose of being a spinner suitcase.

Tried to request for changing the listing but still not seeing the same on your portal. This is misleading and wrong information.
