Frustrated with Best Buy

Tried to exchange it at my Best Buy but was told that it was past the 15 days when I purchased it. I like to buy movies and watch them later. I will no longer purchase movies at Best Buy. Will go to other stores who offer better return and exchange policies. Was a loyal Best Buy customer! Frustrated!!!!!!!

He told me I have go to the customer service I went over there the guy told me to look on the DVDs section I went back there didn't find it end Up buying just bluray
