ANTHEM could have been a great game if ea would of put more support behind this game it was so ambitious to the flying mechanics was the best I've ever played in a video game hopefully if they make a part 2 it will be better.

Kinda had high expectations for this game, and for the most part, it was pretty good. I do enjoy the game, but it still feels kind of unfinished in some areas. Missions can be too similar to each other, but for the most part, the gun play and RPG aspect are fun.

I give this a 4 star, because it is very fun, even though the load times are ridiculous, it crashes, and sometimes the loot given is not worth the missions, but the online play is fun and still enjoy flying around like ironman blowing s..stuff up!

This game is fun! Good story, especially if you are into reading lore. Characters you can fall in love with. Playing with the javelins and getting loot is a blast. Unfortunately once you finish missions and the story the only thing to do is grind.

this game was overall a let down compared to the hype it was receving. However, it was a lot of fun for 60hrs. THe gameplay was excellent but the endgame and loot were terrible. pick it up cheap and enjoy the story gameplay.

Anthem is adding to the list of games that is released at about 70% completion to get a boost of cash flow and give them time to complete the rest of the game. It is still plauged by constant server issues weeks after launch where you feel that you wait on a loading screen longer than you play the game. That being said I did enjoy playing through the storyline even though it was incredibly predictable and really had no surprises. There is no real end game besides playing the same missions over and over again in the hopes of getting a ledgendary that drops 1 in about 30 to 45 missions. Right now this game is getting some shelf time until the game has been completed by the developers and I will give it another shot.

I actually enjoy this game even hearing about all the negative reviews. The load time isn't bad at all. It reminds me a lot of Destiny but not first person shooter. The nice thing is everything they have can be bought with in game currency and it's mostly cosmetic. Also another plus is they claim to give any dlc in the future for free. People complain about repetitive missions in this game, honestly it's not that bad. If you really think about, Destiny was and still is the same too. You choose a mission and go to the zone and shot up the bad guys and collect things. A lot of other games that people enjoy are repetitive. I would say try the game before jumping on the hate wagon.

Game play not bad, graphics are really good. Haven’t noticed any issues with lag or stutter. Story mode isn’t bad. Best thing about the product is the price for what you get.

Anthem has all of the potential in the world. Unfortunately, upon finishing the main story line (as of release - this game is meant to be ever-evolving with content updates), you find that the game seems to have been rushed to release without ironing out all of the details. As previously stated, Anthem is meant to be an evolving game as the developer/publisher plan to release new content over time to increase the depth of the game post-purchase. This is a great idea for a console game, in my opinion, mirroring other MMORPGs that are successful, ie: World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, etc. However, the game was also released with many, many bugs, some game-breaking. The formulas for character health and loot distribution are obviously flawed and have been addressed multiple times with patches, but are still not where they should be. Oftentimes, you find yourself having trouble with content that you just breezed through at the same difficulty. This is because a glaring issue with player statistics being loaded incorrectly for missions has persevered despite multiple attempts to rectify it. Also, there are many times where the game will outright crash causing you to lose your progress, and frustratingly, your hard-earned loot. The main draw, or plus, is the implementation of flying into travel and, most awesomely, combat. Setting it apart from its cohort, Destiny, the ability to fly in all areas of the game (even underwater!) really adds something new to the looter shooter genre. I hope the publisher/developer are able to fix many of the huge issues that accompanied the game upon release soon as this game has huge fun potential if this can occur before the game's playerbase jumps ship.

Fun game with a food story line but the game has a lot of glitches. Hopefully, they work out the bugs because this game has a lot of potential. It's like playing destiny in a iron man suit.

Just another game just like density. Rinse and repeat missions with the boss just being a huge bullet sponge. Despite this flying mechanics are great, and graphics are decent as well.

Fun gameplay. Looks great. Good characters. However, it does have it’s issues. It’s missing many things that other games of the genre already have. This makes it worse becuse anthem could’ve learned from other games like division and destiny. Right now those games are more polished. I mean it’s even missing one of the most simplest things in way points. I have faith that this game will improve and I will continue to play.
