I really like this iPad. The picture is wonderful. The speakers are great. I had a very old mini iPad so it’s a big jump in the features. I’m very pleased and I feel like I made a good investment. I would definitely recommend it.

My purchase, from start to finish was top notch! I came into the store, went to the Apple display section and was met by an associate. She let me know that they didn’t have the I Pad (configured how I wanted it) and gave me the choices of having it deliver to my house or to the store. I chose the store because I like going into the store, seeing what they have and the associates are always professional and happy to help. She ordered the I Pad for me, let me know when to expect it and, after paying for it I was out the door. Total time less than 15 minutes. I received emails at each point (purchase, shipping to the store and ready for pickup at the store). Walked in with the email on my phone, picked it up and, after purchasing a case (Otterbox) I was done - again less than 15 minute I was out the door. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Thank you Best Buy!

Apple has always made good products. This is a good entry level iPad for surfing and basic needs.

I getting ready to do some across country traveling and wanted to stay in touch with friends and family. I also wanted the ablity to take care of bills and such. This iPad covered all my needs. Really like it.

We got this to replace a much older iPad. As expected, it is much improved in speed and clarity. No problems at all.

I had an IPad 4 which had generally held up well but then stopped keeping a charge. I dove in and got the 10 and I am really happy I did. The new features and speed are fantastic. I haven’t even begun to use all of the available features.

This was a great investment! This iPad has many features that you can navigate all in one and speed capacity that is has is wonderful!

I needed to replace my IPad 2nd generation, which still worked well after 8 years but the battery was failing so I decided to get the newest IPad. The screen is bigger and the picture quality is better. I have not found all of the new bells and whistles yet but the transfer over was easy.

Previously had ipad original then ipad air, now thought I'd try this one. A little bit larger than what I am used to but otherwise happy with product. Long battery life. Still getting used to it.
