Shippped quickly. Fast computer . Looks great . Easy to use

No issues with the service at BB, they were great. I bought this iMac over the internet and it was ready when I arrived at the store to pick up, 5 stars. The iMac was a gift to my mother, The iMac, beautiful, screen is fantastic, no pixel issues, etc. Just a word of caution, and the reason for 4 stars, and this is my fault, spend the extra $200 for the 16GB memory upgrade. The computer is a bit slow with the old school 1TB HDD, that extra 8GB of ram for $200, I believe would make a world of difference in regards to speed. I think that upgrade would make up for some of the hard drive lag I am experiencing. Now, don't get me wrong, this is a fine computer, but if you plan on photo editing or running some of the Adobe programs, that extra bit of RAM will make a world of difference if you are on a budget and cannot afford the SSD model. For email and web browsing, just buy it, you will be very happy. Just my .02

So I figured it would be just as any other computer..nope..it was way faster and easier to use. Not to mention no wires at all.best investment ever

I have been a Mac user for many years. My last Mac was a 2009 model and it finally could no longer be updated. I went back to Best Buy and got another. This one is sleeker and faster as expected and certainly lives up to Apple's reputation. The best thing is getting it at Best Buy. They have a great deals.

This is my first Apple computer. I had to take it into Geek Squad to learn the short cuts and how to use some of the apps/programs. The computer is beautiful. Screen size is great. Colors are vivid and computer processing speed is fast. The only thing I do not like it's the mouse. It is not especially comfortable to use and it seems as if it lags slightly. Definitely excited to use the computer more and learn about it.

I got this a few days ago and have been pretty happy with it so far...when my old one 'died' a few years ago I bought a new one and it was a piece of ... well you know what....this one, so far, isn't....yay! I've been using a laptop and it is so nice to have a big screen....the 21.5 is a perfect size.

Ready for upgrade from my 2010 Dell Windows 7. It takes a little getting used to, but Siri is there to help! Much faster than my old computer and I can actually watch video clips without stopping to load every 2 seconds! Picture is fantastic and I have much more to learn about this computer and system!

This is my first Mac. Very easy to use, nothing to be afraid of with this machine. The screen and sound quality is great. Looking forward to using this machine to its full potential.

I've had a macbook pro forever, decided this would be good for the amount of work I do that requires a bigger screen. Apple makes everything easy to transfer between devices. It looks incredible, super thin, completely blacked out when screen is off, it's everything you expect from apple.

Since getting an I-pad and an I-phone, I have loved the features that sync my Apple products together. I find updating one device and automatically updating all Apple devices at once is so time saving and error free. I promised myself as soon as my Gateway computer no longer was working properly, I would treat myself to a Mac desktop computer. It finally happened and I am not disappointed. Apple products are so easy for someone like me (a non-technical person) to operate. The device is really user friendly. I am an Apple-aholic for life!

After first purchasing a Apple, which was to complicated for me, I returned the Apple & bought the Dell. After a short period of getting it set up properly, I am very happy with the Dell. It has much more speed than my old computer, & Windows 10 was easy to learn how to use.!

I've never had a Mac Before or Apple product of any type. I always used machines like HP and most recently an ASUS. I have been using lap tops but decided that maybe a Desktop would work best for me especially at my buy in price. I heard raves about Macs and decided it was time to give it a try after I only got less than 2 years with my $1000 Asus. Overall the switch went better than I expected. The apple seems user friendly and many things I use have short cuts that just take some getting used to. A lot of my questions were answered with a simple internet search. The keyboard seems fine, though some people said it was small. It took longer to unbox it than to be surfing on the web with it. I was amazed as every other new computer I bought always took a day to get up and going. My only real complaint is that right out of the box there is a 2 inch band of pixels that are discolored down the right side of the screen. I called and was told to bring it back and they would swap it out for a new one. I checked the website and they are out of stock, but will have more in, in a couple of days so I'll have to swap it out then. If not for that, I would give it 5 stars. Hopefully the new one is good to go. If so I'll probably stick to Macs in the future.

Third iMac, and this one is just as well designed and simple to use as the others. It walked me through setup seamlessly and effortlessly, and everything worked right away. Like the addition of the rechargeable mouse and keyboard.

For my vacation home, I recently bought his smaller screen version of the computer I have at home. Although it took a little while for me to adjust to the conversion from PC to Mac, I do really love so much about this computer!

I always enjoyed our older I MAC and once it broke I did not hesitate to buy another one. This one is even better so far then the older model with better features for storing and finding your photos. My only real complaint is it does not have a CD drive like the old one did. I guess some people do not use them anymore and apparently you can purchase a separate one to go along with it so I have heard but I used mine quite a bit to burn photos on to CDs and to load my music CDs into the computer to have there as well so I was pretty irritated to see the lack of the feature.

We got this for my parents to go along with their iPhones and iPads. Everything works together so well and the iMac is so simple to use. For tasks such as email, web browsing, word processing, etc this is more than sufficient.

This is of course not the 4K screen but it’s still pretty good for the size (21.5in). I have been mainly using this iMac for music production and it works like a charm. I recommend this for people looking for a starter iMac

I have had iPods from day 1, I bought my 1st iPad about 3yrs ago, an Apple TV about 2 yrs ago and now my 1st Mac. I love this thing. It is easy to use, fast, and connects to all of my Apple devices like they are family.

I do not like Apple Products and do not own any but my wife does. I got this for her and this is a Great Buy. Its so user friendly and fast and just great Overall. I am strongly considered getting one for myself now.

My first switch to mac from pc. Have been torn between pc and mac for a few years, and when the prices on the Imac finally started falling within my budget, I decided now was the time to make the switch. Overall I'm glad I made this purchase. Easy to use. Set up was a breeze. Had to learn a few tricks like how to right click on a mac but with google, very easy to learn new tricks. If you're contemplating getting an iMac, I can assure you you won't be disappointed with this entry level iMac.
