My wife needed something for photography. We were done with the $300-$500 desktops that needed replacing every 2-3 years. So we opted for this iMac. And she is thrilled. This machine is all that and more. We couldn't be happier for her photo needs.

I only buy Apple and Samsung products. And like always, Apple doesn't disappoint.

The transition to the apple system was much smoother than I anticipated.It is much faster and the icon arrangement is easier to decipher than my PC. We purchased the IMAC 27 (all in one) unit that takes up less room and is far more efficient.

I debated between this and a MacBook Pro, got the iMac because of pricing and screen size eventually outweighed the pros of having a mobile computer. I am definitely satisfied with the decision! This computer is awesome, the screen size (27") does not disappoint!

This computer is simply amazing. I had initially purchased the 21 inch screen however the computer was super duper slow. I read reviews and thought maybe people were over exaggerating; no, absolutely not the computer really is slow! I brought the 21 inch back and exchanged it for the 27 inch and it was the best decision ever. I only gave it four stars because I didn't purchase the fusion drive.

Love this machine! The visuals are great. Especially for watching hd content - like adult movies. The speed is solid. Doesn’t break down. He machine looks beautiful too. Makes any room look like a million bucks!

Really cannot go wrong with Apple product, and the Retina 5K iMAC is the finest!

I bought this for the wife. She does a lot of photo editing and the 5K display is essential for her to make proper photo editing decisions. She loves her iMac and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this desktop for coding and web design. I must say that although it's fast overall, I feel as though it lags a bit in performance. I have a macbook bro from late 2009, model 15,4 and I feel as though my laptop is just as fast as this 2015 iMac - perhaps it's worth investing in a more rigorously built computer if you work with audio engineering or video editing as the processing power could be lacking. Otherwise, for my purposes and daily work and play, it's phenomenal.

I am still in the process of a transition from Windows. So far I like the hardware, easy to install and outstanding display. I am learning the software. I recommend free classes at the Apple Store and purchasing a book to help in the transition.
