I ordered online and set to pick up in store went to get the cards and best buy computer was down so I wasted a 20 minute drive so they told me to try the next day so I go back get the cards and this was a gift for family and they tryed to use the cards and they didn t work so I called best buy they tell me they couldn t do anything over the phone so the person tell me I can cancel them and you can buy new ones I said ok then she wanted me to pay for the new card after I payed for the first one and it didn t work so I canceled the cards and went somewhere else plus it took three weeks for a credit back to my card I will never do best buy again pour customer service and pour products

I was extremely disappointed that the card was not activated when I received it. Luckily I purchased for my son but it took two phone calls and about 15 minutes to get the card working. Had I bought for someone else they would have thought I didn’t pay for it and thrown it in the trash. I will not purchase gift cards online from Best Buy in the future. I will either go to the store or purchase from amazon.

When successfully activating a code on iTunes, I've recently had a lot of issues with getting iTunes to show the correct store balance, getting what I paid for and other technical issues. The reason I'm stuck using iTunes Gift Cards is because iTunes can't add my PayPal account back to my iTunes account even though I used the same PayPal account to pay last year and showed Apple Support the receipts showing iTunes charges to PayPal last year.

You can buy a 3 pack of $10 cards. That's thirty dollars. You can buy two $15 dollar cards, which I ended up getting. I just wanted to spend $10 on each gift. I cant buy the one that says 15-50, or whatever, because if they don't get the 'or 50' then they get disappointed. Either way, I end up spending $30 dollars on a gift limit of $10. Be more flexible.

Card was invalid. When I called customer service the representative told me they knew there was a problem and seemed to think it was my problem not hers. She tried to end the call when I asked for a case #, then I found she really was prepared to hang up leaving me high and dry. Thinking I finally got her to submit a claim for me I hung up. A week later I called again and found nothing was being done for me so I spoke to a supervisor who finally was able to give me a refund. I am not sure i have the energy to continue to be a customer.

Best Buy sent out an email with a coupon to their rewards members offering a in-store 20% discount on iTunes gift cards. When I went to the store to purchase the gift card with my coupon (according to the store) Apple had a current promotion of 15% off their iTunes gift cards. Because of Apple's promotion Best Buy refused to honor their coupon. When asked to speak to a manager she also refused to honor the coupon and walked away. I absolutely love Apple products but I will stick to purchasing them at stores that stand by their offers.

I felt that I was rushed and it seems the salesperson can't wait to get rid of me. Not only that he just seemed like he didn't care about how I felt since I've already told him that I don't want to spend too much on a speaker. But he didn't seem to care and still sold me the expensive kind of bookshelf speakers. I think the less $40 would have done the job. Instead after getting home I felt so disgusted so I returned the product a couple of days later.

The LG WM3170CW is the worst washing machine I've ever owned or used. I wish I could exchange it. I have towels that have been in the closet for a year that smell fresher and are now softer than the towels I've been washing in this brand new machine for the past 2 months. I'm regretting not just fixing my old washing machine (a Whirlpool). I did not want to give it any stars but this review program required me to give it one before it would let me post the review.

have been going back and forth with apple for the past 2 weeks trying to activate this card. this is what they are telling me: In this case, Lidan, you will need to contact BestBuy.com and have them activate the Gift Cards through their online distributor or Apple Integrator. If BestBuy.com will be able to provide you the sales receipt with the unique identifier for each card, we can continue the investigation and replace the codes on our end. very frustrating...

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH CODE TO REDEEM THIS DIGITAL GIFT CARD. YES, I'VE CHECKED THE SPAM/JUNK FOLDER, THEY'RE NOT THERE. HOW COME I GOT THE EMAIL WITH THE CODE FOR THE FREE 4 MONTHS APPLE MUSIC IT WAS OFFERED WITH THE ORDER.

This is not Best Buy's fault but when I entered the activation code for this card, the code was successfully activated but iTunes wouldn't add on the amount for over 25 hours, even after I updated and signed out and in to my iTunes account at least 5 times. Finally, after talking to iTunes and Apple Support, the amount was added but I won't be using iTunes anytime soon since they haven't earned enough trust.

I was very disappointed when I went to use this card a few weeks after picking it up and found out that there was no card in the holder! I didn't check to make sure when I picked it up but I did ask the clerk at the time if she had to do anything to activate the card and she assured me that it wasn't necessary. I guess one of us should've made sure it was actually in the holder. Don't think I'll ever order one of these online again.

I bought this forca C gift for my grandson for Christmas and he chose something else. Upon my return to best buy store they stated they couldn't return it. I was told once you buy an activated gift card from the web or the store it's non returnable. I didn't activate it, they said they do before shipping it. Lesson learned, for 100 dollars. Won't happen again will buy the lower dollar amounts.

Purchased this via email delivery. The email to redeem the gift card looks nearly same as all the other Best Buy junk email. It also comes much later than your purchase so you can't just check for it immediately. Thus, if you accidentally delete the email thinking its more Best Buy junk mail, you can't redeem your purchase and are out $85.

When purchasing this item and there are no hickups, its great but Best Buy sometimes cancels my order and no one knows why. First it was because I purchased too many and then someone else said because the system thinks its fraud. I was not able to get a clear answer. I went to the store and the manager was nice enough to match the sale price at the time so I was happy with my order but had to go through too much.

GOT THIS CARD ONLINE. TRIED TO ADD TO MY ACCOUNT AND CARD WAS NEVER ACTIVATED. I CALLED BEST BUY AND APPLE...I EVEN WENT TO THE STORE AND NO ONE WOULD ALLOW ME TO REDEEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE!!!!! LOST MY MONEY. SO SAD!

I used to buy all sorts of gift cards, until I had trouble redeeming an iTunes one because it wasn’t properly activated. It wasn’t at Best Buy, so just beware because Apple won’t fix the problem even though you show them proof of purchase.

We bought a $100.00 card but when my daughter tried to get the money into her i-Tune account, it failed. I came back to the store and they said that there was nothing they could do. The young man helping me gave me a website address which my daughter went to. She did what she was told to do...photo of the card in the front and back plus the sales receipt. We are STILL waiting. This is not acceptable!

There whole purchase process was a nightmare. Had to return to a UPS which is not too nears me then nearly 3 weeks later the account was refunded (which I was not an option I requested but was told that was the procedure. I have purchased ITunes cards other places and never had these problems.
