Always pleased! I’ve even been told by staff that has worked at other Best Buy stores that they like Norman better. Management and/or supervisors must be great people to work for. It’s obvious the staff is happy! I am not exaggerating!

What a great little gadget. I always knew where my luggage was and every time I left the hotel I even got a notification that my luggage was left behind.

If I’m out of town or at work I can always check and make sure it’s where I parked it. And if taken I believe I’ll find it.

While traveling, someone mistakenly took my luggage and I used the airtag alert. It made a noise, tracked my luggage and I got my luggage back. I will not travel without it now.

These things are great as they are one of Apple's very few products with a swappable battery, and they use the find my network, so they use other nearby iPhones to provide you with the accurate location of your item at all times.

I use them in my cars just in case they get stolen and I can track them working with Law Enforcement. Great AirTags easy to connect to your iphone and rename them, change color, anything to distinguish each on your Find My page.
