Customers are positive about the AirTag's ease of use, tracking capabilities, overall performance, and accuracy. The small size, impressive battery life, simple setup, good range, reasonable price, and near-perfect GPS are also well-received. However, customers express some concerns regarding the sound volume and limited connectivity and compatibility with non-Apple devices.

Works well. Easy to set up. Have it on my dog who likes to wander from home. Makes it easy to locate the direction/location he went.

I lost my wallet and spent a couple days looking for it only to find it in my wife’s car. Never again. At least this gives me a general location in which to look.

These things are amazing, recently went on a trip to El Salvador. I brought three baggage’s with me, while at my parents beach house I realized that I was missing a bag. Via the find my app I realized that the bag was still in the airport. Quickly went back to the airport, and thankfully was able to retrieve my baggage.

Bought this for my dogs. I had bought two to try them out. It’s been about a year and a half since getting them and I’m barely changing the battery on them. It’s easy to change.

So far so good. I have this bad habit of putting my keys down anywhere and forgetting where they are until I actually have to use them to go somewhere smh. I have hooks to hang them on but they never seem to find their way there. I have used first/second generation Tile products in the past but found them annoying and unusable after a few months. The ones I had didn't have a removable battery and the sound seem to go out after a few months or not work at all. I then decided to give the AirTag a shot and I actually like it so far. I already have an iPhone so it makes it even easier to use with the find my phone app but it will work with Android as well. The volume seems louder than the Tiles I used to have and there's a removable battery. The only downside is that I had to buy an AirTag holder so that I could put it on my keys for around $10 (Apple makes some for way more than $10) but that's been the biggest negative so far. I hope this lasts longer and works better than my Tile did but so far so good.

Great trackers with a large network of devices for finding lost items. Notifies you if you’re being tracked by someone’s tag, and has replaceable batteries. Not much else to ask for.

This product is thing apple ever did for parents and even single.
One thing about the AirTag once it is activated in your device you can track it anywhere. I lost my keys couple days ago I dropped them by the trash can outside the same day I found them when I followed the directions my phone was indicating me through find my app. I would highly recommend this product

I’ve got AirTags for 2 of my important items. The product is easy to use and does what it says it does. I feel is an effective tool at a good price point. It’s already been useful locating tool. Would recommend

The air tags were easy to use and worked as well as the advertisements said. We were on vacation and our flights got delayed. People were concerned where their luggage was and all I had to do was look on my phone and find them.

Apple’s AirTag has a sleek, minimalistic design with a glossy white front and a stainless steel back. It’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to attach to keys, bags, or wallets (though you need a separate holder for that). However, the stainless steel back is prone to scratches over time

This is one of the most frivolous purchases I have made that has turned into being very useful. I bought a wallet with a slot for the air tag and hadn't really done much research on them. Wasn't going to buy one since they are a little expensive to add to things (wallets, keys, etc). But read up on them and thought it might be nice to be able to track my wallet should I misplace or lose it.
The good:
1. It's incredibly easy to set up if you have an Apple phone/account. Took me seconds to add it to my phone.
2. If you are close to the air tag it will guide you with an arrow and a distance indicator.
3. It will remind or alert you that you've left it behind. This is useful because once you're out of range it tells you the last place it was seen.
The bad (just 1):
1. It doesn't have a huge distance that it will keep connection to your phone.
It says it will use other phones if you are too far away from the AirTag, but there has to be more to it. I set mine in my wife's car and had her drive down the road. FindMyPhone said my wallet was still in the garage (last place it pinged on my phone). When I said to find it, it said it couldn't even though my wife has an iPhone as well.
I don't know if we've disabled allowing our phones to be used for this purpose or what, but it definitely never picked up.
However, I left it on the golf car and it alerted me when I got to my car. I went back and found it before leaving the parking lot so it saved a little headache.
Overall, fun and can be useful. A little pricey for what it does, but if it helps you once it's paid for itself.

This is a good item tracker for iPhone users.
The setup and pairing it to your iPhone is very easy. It’s great that it has a replaceable battery.
I like that unpairing it from your iCloud is a breeze. This is really nice if you’re ever planning on passing down your AirTag to someone else.
I do wish the pinging sound was louder though. Also, keep in mind covering the white plastic side muffles the sound.
I wish Apple would expand the features and capabilities, like notifying you when your AirTag is separated from your iPhone after a certain period of time.

As I get older and more absent-minded, it's nice when something like AirTags come along to help find things I lose on a seemingly daily basis. So far, I have attached these to the car keys and have slipped one in each of my camera bags. Every year I attend a local airshow and often leave my camera bag unattended. It's supposedly a safe area to leave stuff, but it's nice to keep tabs on everything when I do wander off. I haven't tested the battery life, but supposedly a battery should last up to a year and they are cheap and easily replaceable. I'm confident I will come up with additional uses as time goes on.

I have found that the Air Tags work much better than the Tiles for accuracy and ease of use. I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to know the location of their important personal items. I would also suggest that you check online for the cheapest tag holders because Apple charges an arm and a leg.

Though I miss the simplicity of a Tile tracker, the AirTag network is way more extensive. Unfortunately, the AirTag lacks a built-in way to connect a key ring, making it necessary to purchase a separate accessory to enable it to be connected to keys. How very Apple of them. The good thing is there are plenty of third party accessories that work with it.
The sound the tag plays could stand to be much louder, and doesn't always play reliably. But the "Find My" Tracking system works very well. I am very happy with them, but look forward to future improvements.
