Although we had no trouble with losing our baggage, we felt secure knowing that we could track where it was if need be. Now we keep the tags in our wallets/ purses. They are small and handy!

The setup was easy and straightforward. In order to change devices (my phone to my work phone or whatever) it seems cumbersome and I have yet to do it successfully despite internet tutorials. That is the reason for the loss of one start.
