Store advertised this item as displayed on their price tag in the store, at $19.99. When j try to check out, the clerk charges $24.99. “Manager on duty” comes and refuses to change me the price advertised in the store, stating “we have to go by the online price instead. Maybe we didn’t update our in-store price tags”.

I was very disappointed when I purchased the AirTag (4-Pack) from Best Buy's online store on March 11, 2025. I chose the Open Box option because it was in the “Excellent” condition described on the website, but when I received the delivery today, March 13, 2025, I found that only 3 of the 4 units worked, and that none of them had the seal on the battery.

I purchased this item as a return item & received it not working. I replace the battery & it worked. I am surprise BestBuy sent an item without checking if it worked. I only saved $4 by buying a return item. This is the 3rd BestBuy purchase I have a problem with & thinking of not buying from this store. The other 2 times was dealing with the delivery service (USPS) & BestBuy cancelling my items without notifying me. Do Better!!!

I recently got the Apple AirTag (4‑Pack) – Silver and they’re super useful. Setting them up with my iPhone was quick and easy, and they help me keep track of things like keys, bags, and other items. The Precision Finding works really well, and I get accurate directions right from my phone. The silver finish looks nice and the pack of four gives me flexibility for multiple items. Overall, they’re simple, reliable, and give me peace of mind knowing I can find my stuff easily. Recommended if you want easy tracking for your belongings.

I bought the 4-pack AirTag kit to track keys, backpack, luggage, and one extra item — and it quickly became one of those products you don’t realize you need until you have it. Setup is extremely simple. Just bring the AirTag close to your iPhone and it pairs instantly. The integration with the Find My app is seamless and intuitive. The precision finding feature is the real game changer (if you have a compatible iPhone). Being able to see direction and distance when looking for something inside the house saves time and frustration. The built-in speaker is loud enough to hear from another room. For travel, they give real peace of mind. Tracking luggage in airports works very well thanks to Apple’s network of devices. Location updates are accurate and consistent. Battery life is great — it uses a replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts about a year, which is convenient. Limitations? They are clearly designed for Apple users. If you’re not in the Apple ecosystem, this isn’t the product for you. Also, you need to buy accessories separately if you want to attach them to keys or bags. Overall: if you live in the Apple ecosystem and tend to misplace things (or travel often), the 4-pack is worth it. Practical, reliable, and low-maintenance.

One air tag silver part came off somehow and now the airtag is useless

First day I had it. It got scratched. Other than that it’s very useful. Will purchase again but with a protector

Doesn’t really feel much of a difference compared to the tile all it is it’s just switching the brand

Great concept, but for $110 - to have then come with no adhesive, a small case, something to keep it inserted or clipped to its descrete location. Because the 4 cases to put them in costs even more than the pack of 4 themselves. The price difference here and from what TILE has been doing. Need way more from APPLE in this area

Airtag does not track in real time via Find My App but good enough to confirm if my bags arrived to destination.

Bought to confirm my dogs in the yard when I’m not home. Have Imac and MacBook for them to ping. One works well. The doesn’t. And the dogs Re together in the backyard so it should bethe same

I bought an open box airtag hoping to save a few bucks, unfortunately, I can see it wasn't just opened, but returned for being defective. The airtag cannot be added to my items as it doesn't send a bluetooth signal at all to be properly set up. Now I have to go back in person to return.

I’m using it for my puppy. She likes to escape. Great product!
