Last time one of our suitcases was lost by the airline and we were able to tell them that it was mistakenly sent to Paris. They quickly found it and put it on the next flight. The saleswoman was thorough in explaining this item and a competitor. She said she thought apple tag was best for my needs. She brought me over to tech support to set it up for me.
