Product excellent and appears completely new and exactly as represented

Considering this machine is $2000 brand new I figured $1400 for refurbished was a good buy. The machine worked perfectly out of the box. No issues or problems. The only complaint was the excessive fingerprints on the unit when I removed it from the box. Nothing a microfiber cloth couldn't resolve. The packaging made me nervous as well but luckily all was good.

I shopped around as most do and found that Best Buy not only was competitive with the market but offered what I could not get from other sources. That is face to face customer service and a sense of confidence given by knowing a relationship would continue even after the check had cleared.

I am beyond happy with my purchase and the opportunity to get such a great deal on a like new product with continued Apple support and a product that will last for years to come.

I was needing an upgrade on a computer and was looking at macs. I found this one that was open box cheaper then what a brand new one cost. I have been very with this iMac.

Fantastic value for an amazing computer. Looked brand new and how untouched , with AppleCare still valid AND available for extended warranty. Awesome purchase!

This is my first refurbished Apple product I have purchased and the iMac 27 inch continues to live up to Apples' quality product reputation.

First I have to say this computer looks awesome... if it worked right. Computer came in plain brown box. Keyboard and mouse were dirty and did not include charging cable. Go figure both were dead and could not be used out of the box. Buying a certified product you believe the item would be tested to function properly. This is not the case. My computer has no audio output and after 3+ hours on the phone with apple and best buy it is not fixed. The best part is best buy support offered NO solution beyond taking it back to the store trying my luck there. Plus they wouldn't price match the product when they lowered the price that same week. I would not recommend.

Bought this item after reading multiple online reviews of refurbished apple products as well as reliability of geek squad certification... Aslo had 2 separate chat sessions with the BB online reps... Well, the second one (GS) actually failed BIG TIME. The item came to the store in a very loose brown cardboard box, with multiple stains and fingerprints on the surface on the monitor (also filmed for protection (of those stains???)), and broken screen... It was so badly broken that the corner of the aluminium body was bend... I doubt it was GS examined before all this... And it took more that 24 hr to return it back... Horrible experience, very bitter feeling...

I would not recommend this at all, it arrived dented and filthy it was so covered in dust and fingerprints I had to clean it to be able to see the screen it arrived with none of the software or charging cables. After I purchased the cables myself (in order to be able to use it...it had no charge in mouse or keyboard) I tried it last night on a very basic graffix program that I run from my iPad easily and it couldn't handle it it locked up stutters and froze I had to keep reloading the program every time i moved an image.....I don't think so not for the money I expected at least as good as my iPad ...in reality I expected to be blown away in a good way ....I'm done with Apple ...very disappointed

Not much to say but this was a super smart purchase. This computer is beautiful, fast, and puts my Mac mini to shame!
