I bought this for it was a great price IMHO but it was missing items it stated it came with. It was certified and that was one reason I got it, but missing items is why I returned it and upgraded to a mini 12 instead. My loss someone else's gain I guess. I tested this Iphone and charged it before realizing it was missing some items before I personalized it. I made sure it was factory reset and took it back to Best Buy and ordered a different one.

I am an android user. But thanks to the GEEK squad input to use this iPhone, I purchased it to do what the android could not. My use is specific to music and training. iTunes are my mainstay and work best for me giving what I purchase and listen to. This particular iPhone accompanies me with my training. The solution was difficult until the iPhone showed up. Now it is extremely simple for me to use and proceed with my programs. Why not the android? Not as simple. Also, it use is entirely different from the iPhone so transfer of information and use was a problem. The risk to commingle the needs is unacceptable. Better to keep the need solution separate. Again, with help from the GEEKS, the setup was streamlined and efficient. Truly a total package with 100% results. Thank you for asking

Purchased the phone because it was inexpensive and supposedly "unlocked". Had to return it because the device was actually locked and couldn't be used on my current phone provider system. Sad because I like the iPhone SE platform.

Older less expensive cell works great. I purchased as a backup phone to only connect via WiFi.

Fast. Classic iPhone design. Gets iOS updates. Good camera and takes nice photos despite not being "top flagship". Highly recommend for good deal. Battery gets me through the work day.

Tried to price match they immediately rejected it. Didn’t come with a block I get it’s refurbished but at least have a block.

BestBuy sold a locked phone marketed as unlocked and “Geek Squad Certified.” Not sure what that cerification means, but you don’t have to be on the “Geek Squad” to open the settings on an iPhone to check if the device is locked/unlocked. Very disappointed. A simple step could have prevented this from ever happening to anyone. Very disappointed to say the least.

I bought this phone for my elderly aunt. I tried it out for a few weeks to make sure everything worked properly since it was refurbished. She couldn't be happier. It replaced an older tracfone that was slow an outdated.

Great Product. Everything was exactly as advertised.

The battery life does not last on it (only for a couple of hours). Also, I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to use Google Photos because the phone isn’t capable of downloading IOS 16.

The side of the phone was a little scratched but not too badly. However, the most disappointing discovery was that the maximum capacity of the battery in the refurbished phone was a mere 77% right after I set up the phone. Best Buy should have either replaced the battery or provided a clear disclosure about the low maximum capacity.

Buyer Beware. I was sent a carrier locked phone. BB claims zero fault and will not accept return or exchange based on the fact that I was one single day past return window. They will not acknowledge sending me a bad/falsely advertised product.
