Cool, but not for me.

When I type certain letters, it enters them twice, which is annoying because I have to keep hitting backspace. Other than that, the refurbished laptop has no major issues. It’s nice and sleek.

Coincidentally, their return policy is only 15days. (Go figure) Store rep said they would exchange only if we paid another $400 to buy a new one. Offshore customer service is a waste of time- don’t even bother calling. Do business elsewhere.

Almost Five except tab key

If you are a tab user this will be a no go. Otherwise everything else is working well.
