I got it on sale, and never looked back. this is by far the best laptop i have ever had. i have had no trouble with it at all. just as fast as when i first got it over a year ago. absolutely love it.

I received my MacBookPro w/retina as described. If it were not for the packaging you would have thought it was a brand new machine. Excellent condition along with easy flawless setup. Definitely will purchase another refurbished from Best Buy again. My only dislike was it was packaged using plastic wrap (like stretch wrap) holding the computer to a piece of cardboard. However it should have had spacers or blocks put in because the computer was allowed to slide back and forth during shipment. Luckily no damage occurred that I could tell.

Great MacBook pro with full guarantee and great price!

The refurbished MBP seems to be ok when received, while the adapter/charger is kind of hot when in use. So, the store/BB doesn't want to replace the adapter, nor they even provide ANY warranty services despite the alleged Geek Squad Certified. It means NOTHING. I need to contact Apple directly. Overall the services are none-existence in Best Buy.

All sorts of crazy things happening, dictation opening on its own, and other apps. Something seriously wrong with this. Buy open box, don't buy refurnished! Per Best Buy employee.

Fantastic laptop that is built to last. Unlike the 2016 version the 2015 is a proven work horse with ports and proven long lasting battery life.

I literally spent months comparing and reading the product reviews. My cousin chose the Surface while my brother chose the Mac Book. Both were equally pleased with their purchases and neither had any sort of allegiance to the respective manufacturers. After having an opportunity to take each of them for a test drive i opted for the Mac Book. Why? Because the Mac Book is more solidly constructed, I can use it on my lap, it is expansive in its ability to be a work horse. The Mac is simply more versatile and is better suited for my needs. My advice, do your homework, figure out which machine best fits you needs and your lifestyle and then go get it.

It came in safely, clean and without a scratch. It runs like normal and truly feels new. Can't tell the difference. And it got here faster than projected! Just extremely happy with this product. Couldn't be happier. It's my first Mac, so maybe I'm just feeding off of that excitement, but either way it's perfect! Definitely would recommend.

I purchased a geek certified/refurbished MBP online, and I picked it up today. It runs ok until I realized that I cannot "authorize" my purchased MBP with Apple. I contacted Best Buy service dept and I was told that I have to deal with Apple directly. This seems to be ridiculous as I cannot understand why cannot Best Buy clean up this mess before put such item on sale? Bad experience to me at minimum, and I have to see what I should do next.
