The only downside is that you can't charge the phone and use plug in headphones at the same time. You need to use Bluetooth wireless headphones along with charging it. It would have been great if Apple bundled the iPhone 7 with their wireless earbuds or at least had an offer to purchase Apple wireless earbuds at a reduced rate when purchasing the iPhone 7 as their earbuds are so expensive!

It doesn't come with the ear phones which is ok with me as I don't want to use headphones that have previously been used.

Because this was a refurb item, I worried about the quality. Only thing I notice is the battery drains a little fast some days. Other than that, the phone is GREAT!

We bought a refurbished iPhone 7 for our daughter and she loves it! I do wish it came with at least a 1 year warranty...but, aside from that, I would definitely purchase another refurbished phone from the Geek Squad.
