I use this everyday and can’t imagine my life without it. Definitely an essential it sounds great and fills the room wonderfully.

While the bass is good, the speaker lacks louder sound, many other competitors will be louder and retain great bass quality. The benefit to this speaker is the built in humidity and temperature readings. Aside from that…I’d say it’s worth no more than 160$ cause it’s requires an iPhone or iPad to set it up, the HomePod can only play music over Wi-Fi and AirPlay—you can't use Bluetooth. So no android devices or windows PC.

The sounds quality seems just as good as the first generation. I purchased a couple HomePod minis when they came out, which made me realized just how much I love the sound quality of the full size homepod. A stero pair connected to an apple tv is fantatoc as well, beats out the soundbar I had been using.

This item is still far too pricey, but good for bedroom airplay and stereo. Siri doesn't know much as usual and still has trouble understanding questions and/or commands.

My smart home is based on the Apple Homekit, so this speaker works perfectly with the existing Apple products. It's more expensive that other smart speakers, but the sound is unmatched by other smart speakers.

Sound quality is very nice. Connects with my TV and phone. Connects to other pods through the home and output sound is very clear. Base is great on it also.

- Likes: Siri, native apple music support, I use it as sound bar as well thanks to eARC with ATV4K, spatial audio is impressive. - Dislikes: Lacks thumpy bass like in the Sonos Move. Can’t play spotify natively. 2 speakers in a stereo pair IMO wasnt impressive enough to justify the price point. Lacks bluetooth support.

I should’ve bought 2. That’s how good it is and how easy it is to set up. If u want it to be permanent surround sound (meaning everytime u turn on ur Apple TV it connects) then reset the Apple TV (do not set up HomePod yet) and then turn on HomePod and it will ask to make it permanent. I updated the Apple TV before and it wouldn’t ask me after turning it on but after the reset it asked me. Works like a charm

Easy connectivity, great sound quality, and perfectly integrates with iPhone/iPad. Also can play Apple Music separately from being connected to iPhone. Very happy with the purchase.

I love the HomePod 2 with my Apple TV . Sound is awesome and I can also play PlayStation 5 and sound comes through HomePod . Looking forward to getting a second one and useing for my tv stereo sound .

yes, it does sound louder and better than previous gen. (which I have). . Got 2 stereo pair of these, and 2 stereo pair of previous gen. 2nd gen is much faster and I do notice a louder / fuller sound difference.

Beautiful sound, I bought two of them to pair with my apple tv. Sounds impressive with my apple tv. I would highly recommend two of them over a soundbar, you will not be disappointed.

I already have 3 HomePod minis and love them. They sound amazing for the size. This new HomePod 2nd generation is incredible! The sound is rich, high quality and has a good amount of bass. I would definitely recommend you purchase this product!

I have been interested in this product for the past couple of years and recently decided to treat myself to an early Christmas Present. It was well worth the money spent as it is an excellent product with great sound.

It’s a great speaker. I bought two and use it kind of like surround sound. It didn’t have much bass, though. And it crackles every once in a blue moon.

Teaming two apple homepod with apple tv is best sound experience.
