    The first one I got was really slow. So took it back to the store for a exchange. There wasn't any in stock so waiting on one to arrive in a couple days. Our family has 3 altogether and they all work great so I'm not worried about getting a good one.

    I have bought a couple of lap tops for the wife and she wasn't happy with them. I finally talked her into a Apple. She was amazed at how simple it was to operate compared with Microsoft. I can help her more with the apple since I use a Apple Mac Pro.
