    The I pad is good. Trying to learn how to use it is difficult. Instruction manual didn't arrive by email for a few days. Trying to find a task in the manual is taxing. Should have a quick reference. Currently still lost with the operation of this. Feel I might have made a mistake but will keep trying. Not computer literate.

    Bought this iPad for my mom and everything was fine until this past year when it got stuck on the iCloud sign in screen and nothing I have tried short of going to an Apple Store has fixed it ... not an issue with Best Buy but not sure if there's a defect from apple or not I would check before buying
