I just use Apple Store apps and the iPad freezes quite often... Nevertheless, it is light and the screen is excellent.

This is a great step up from a laptop. Easy for travel and is a fine substitute without the weight of the laptop.

The bad: The sound from the internal speakers is just ok. I think my old iPad sounded a little better. It vibrates way more than the old one, and not just due to bass. It vibrates with voices too. The good: everything else... lighter, faster, looks better

great service at Best Buy but I had problems with my iPad Air 2, it went blank, it froze a lot...

Love the new iPad! I upgraded from my iPad 2 and the screen is so much clearer. Also, the added memory is invaluable. Not too mention that this functions so much faster since the technology is more up to date with Apples most recent iOS.

I bought this as a gift for someone. I am hoping she like it when she will use.

Every thing was great but the speaker was annoyingand felt uncomfortable

When you activate the sound, it vibrates and it is uncomfortable!

The monitor has a little dot that it is not supposed to be there.

I finally decided to replace my original iPad after many years of faithful service. Worked fine for 2 weeks. After that, it would lock up and crash the browser frequently. Geek squad offered to fix it, but I really would have preferred a replacement. We'll see if repairs worked.

I'm still waiting in it too come in. But looking forward to it coming in.

Sometimes the rotation will lock. Need to reboot to unlock.

I upgraded from the ipad3 and this tablet far exceeded my expectations. It's faster, slimmer, and has a better camera than my previous one. Highly recommended to anyone who is in limbo.

I bought an Ipad Air 2 that was an Open-box in excellent condition. Fist the item did not arrive in an Air 2 box. It arrived in a Air box with printed labels to cover up the original serial number and product number on the box. It also was taped with ugly black geek squad tape all over the box. When I went to setup the Ipad I was asked for the owners unlock code. If the item was setup and locked I do not call that excellent condition. I had to look up how to reset the Ipad on Apple's web site and the setup took longer that it should have. I do not think I will order an open box item on Best buy's website again. Glad this was not a gift.

This is my first one and I really like it. This IPad Air 2 is light weight and Is very easy to use. I got it as a Christmas gift. It also is the one with 128 gigs.
