ITunes has become soo NON user friendly that I can't even transfer my stuff from my old Ipad to the new one. UGH! Don't know how much longer I will be an Apple fan. And yes, I've followed the instructions on the website.

I have been using the kindle fire for my last 2 tablets, decided to give this apple tablet a try, and let me tell you i wasn't disappointed at all. The screen is wow a beautiful screen, the software runs fluid and fast on a speedy OS. The build quality is top notch, and the 128 gig that BB offers gives me more than enough storage to hold all of my digital media. I have to say being an android person apple really does have a very nice product for tablets. Highly recommend this product.

Purchased Dec 2016, have owned it almost 9 months, charging port is not functioning properly, only charges to 2% and cannot use it even if it is plugged in

Replaced my iPad 2 with the new iPad Air 2. Best Buy had the very best price and trade-in at the time. They were great to work with. I love my new iPad 2 - as it is a bit smaller and lighter while still the same screen size as the older full size (not Mini) version. I also like the larger capacity, better camera, Siri, etc. on the new model. I use it constantly all day long.

Easy to use once it's all set up. Especially if you are already used to Apple phones

Great when going to meetings and taking notes. Has replace my paper agenda. Over all great technology for work as well as personal.

I'll been using my iPad now for a couple of months and I love it, it's faster than my old 2nd generation iPad, everything is respond fast and it's like I'm touching the pixel it's self. Anyway I'm using mine for movie, music, and games, I like games a lot in iPad almost of my iPad storage content is games that's why I get the 128gb

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband and I am so jealous! It's a beautiful display! I have an older iPad mini that doesn't hold a candle to this new model and retina display. It's crisp and clear with new technology that is fast and nimble. He is thrilled not to have to carry his laptop on trips anymore.

I decided to splurge and upgrade my iPad first generation to the iPad Air 2. I couldn't pass up the the Best Buy sale price. The iPad Air 2 is fast and lightweight. It's my constant companion. I use it for everything. You can't go wrong with Apple.

I have purchased several Apple products, 2 iPhone, 4 iPads, 1 iPod, and finally I realized how unreliable their products are. Really regret, according to their technical personnel in brea mall location, it's normal for electronic products to work only one year. For the price we paid, I have to say this is an expensive one year!

We have had this iPad for 3 weeks and used it for 2, as it was a gift. It is now "ghost typing" and the product was brand new, not even refurbished. I have been satisfied with Apple products previously, however, I am very upset that this product, which is quite expensive for our family, is brand new and does not work.

Upgraded from my iPad air to the iPad air2, as the 1st one I got a 16Gig and it was not large enough to keep all my apps when I updated. Ipad air 2 is much lighter thinner and the camera features are awesome. This time I got the 128 Gig so I will not have the storage problem as before. I love it.

My husband bought this for me for my birthday last year. Since that time I have used it consistently daily. I can not think of my life without it. It is indispensable in helping me organize my busy life. I think if I was younger and still had small children I would get more use out of the 128GB. As it stands I think I would get by just fine with 32GB or 64GB because the future of media is streaming. On the other hand I don't think Wi-Fi devices are good for small children. So I put a couple Disney movies on the device from ITunes for days when I have my 4 year old grandson with me in the car. (Just in case) I play an app called Endless Alphabet with him on the tablet and make sure the device is in Airplane mode anytime he uses it. I think that if we must use tablets around small children we should all be responsible to put the device into Airplane mode so we don't expose them to any harmful waves or have them accidentally make purchases as they get a little older.

I bought this as an upgrade from a 2nd generation iPad that is strogling since the introduction of the latest IOS version. This iPad Air2 is everything you can expect from an Apple product. Very light, excellent performance and crisp image. I am extremely please with this iPad.

I have a total of 4 iPads and love each successive one, dating from the original 2010 iPad, iPad 4, iPad mini 2, and currently this one, the iPad Air 2. Each one still works and never a problem! My wife and I are constantly on our iPads since we are both 46 and temporarily "retired" and she is partially retired. There is definitely always something for everyone, no matter what walk of life. Without a doubt, it is worth every cent and Apple is the top banana of tablets!!! Kudos to the Apple company!!!!!!

If you love Apple, you'll probably like this, but it is basically a tool designed to turn you into a mindless consumer. If all you want to do is consume corporate advertising and commercial you tube videos and music, its a wonderful machine. But for actually doing work? Forget it.

purchased this thinking by turning cell phone into hotspot the ipad would be able to also use gps info for finding locations on maps however the ipad needs to have the cellular data capabilities to do that. Ended up returning and purchasing a cellular data capable ipad instead

This is first IPad, and I decided to go with the "latest and greatest" IPad Air 2. I absolutely love it. I rarely use my laptop now. The pictures are crisp, and audio is unwavering, and it processes things much faster than my older laptop does. I decided to purchase this mainly for college courses, and therefore splurged on the 128gb model. I bought it during the Black Friday sale, as Best Buy offered a better deal than any competitors. However, it take take about two and a half weeks for the product to ship, which was kind of a bummer, otherwise, the best buy team was very helpful (I puchased online). After receiving my device, I promptly went to my nearest Apple store to purchase AppleCare-it's less expensive than best buys protection plan, and covers more. I also splurged on the $79 Apple leather case, and the Bluetooth keyboard. Both are wonderful.

I just bought my iPad Air 2, this weekend and I absolutely love it. It is so much faster than my iPad 2 that I traded in. I've been copying my music and all my other media and I'm still well over 50GB free. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
