A nice update to the Air. The extra memory does wonders (especially with Safari tabs) and touchid is a pretty nice extra.

I previously owned an original iPad and was so happy to upgrade. Love It. It is lightweight, faster, etc. Great Buy!

Upgraded from the 3rd generation IPad which served me well for 2 1/2 years. The Air2 is light and very fast compared to my old unit. Went with cellular this time since 80% of my computer time is on the IPad and it is the only unit I travel with. I might add that the folks at my local Best Buy store deserve a lot of credit in helping me get this unit. Air 2 with cellular was only available on line. They helped me with the trade in and an additional promotional credit to get this unit in two days. Love the Air 2!

iPad air 2 better than before iPad becase battery is best

If this is your first iPad or your current iPad is at least 2 generations old, this is a worthy upgrade. If your current iPad is last year's iPad Air, you probably won't benefit enough to warrant the upgrade costs.

This thing is so thin, it's thinner than the already thin Ipad Air. And it's fast too - it's got 2GB of RAM now instead of the previous 1GB. Good value and now actually worth the 500$+ price tag

I love my IPad Air 2!! It is sleek, light and very easy to use!! I had cracked my screen on my iPad 2 and tried other lower priced tablets.. But they never matched the ease of use of an iPad. I now use it every day.

Bench tests beat last years ipad gen 1 and iPhone 6. Worth getting. So fast the finger print ID is complete by the time you push home button to wake it.

Purchased in 2014 to replace my iPad 2 it's 2016 and my Air pad 2 is working better than ever, no complaints no need to buy another one save money and purchase this item .

I purchased this for my mom after showing interest when I was using my iphone. Since then I also got her an imac to compliment it. She is enjoying the new OS / mac.

Nice tablet, but the problem is if you use gaming apps with sound the entire tablet will vibrate leaving fingers with a numbing sensation. It's a fine tablet if you use headphones only. You will also notice that by pressing the back of the tablet lightly the screen will warp due to being thinner tablet. Air 1 has neither of these issues.
