  • Horribly slow and inconsistent toasting

    We purchased this to replace our regular toaster, and we're very disappointed by the horribly slow toasting time, and the inconsistency with which parts of the bread get browned. Also, it runs very hot, so while others can be placed near other items in the kitchen, this one cannot. In fact, we had to place it on its own section of the countertop away from everything else like a kid that had misbehaved at school. I wouldn't recommend this item at all.
